I want
to personally welcome you to InOutDecor.com. This web
site is for you to enjoy and learn and share my passion; my
home, art and creativity.
My home has been my
passion for years. It is filled with an unexpected
mixture of objects. It has been a private place - my family's retreat. The
pallet is ever changing with an idea, a whim...another
experiment, a new developing craft or art. Lately
it’s tile making.

My style is a mismatched
collaboration of inherited pieces of furniture, garage and
thrift store finds and funky pieces of furniture I’ve
constructed myself. There are beautiful Nambe
serving pieces, pottery pieces purchased from artists at art
fairs, Eames chairs and table, used dipped, painted and
resurfaced and remade furniture, mosaic tile table tops and
bare concrete floors.
One can feast their eyes
on lots of Art Objects I
have made and bought from others.
There are instructions or
photos on how to make just about everything I have made or
remade.
Thirty two years ago my
husband and I bought a new sofa. It was an
"investment piece". Three slipcovers later
it still has it's place in his home.
You can have a fabulous,
stylish comfortable home without purchasing all new
furniture and objects. Now it's called
"going green" or decorating "green".
Working with landscape or
swimming pool clients I have been in hundreds of homes.
Some have had great style and decor, uniquely the owner's
homes. Others have screamed frustration for lack of style
and direction.
Only a very few have been
as individual as mine. It never really mattered what
others thought of my personal interiors and outdoor room
because they are right for me.
Guests are always comfortable and relaxed in my home. Most say they have never been in a home
that said so much about the people living there as mine.
A few years ago we
entertained a large crowd in my home. In the
following weeks my phone rang with questions from our guests
about something they were wanting to do in their home and
could I help them.
Each said they would
never have had the courage to even try or think of what they
were about to do had they not seen what was possible in my
home.
Thanks to all of these
friend's response I knew I had to share my courage and
knowledge to decorate their homes in their own style.....

passion, knowledge, and courage with you.
It all starts with your own style. Most people
have never realized what theirs is.
To create the rooms and
home that makes you feel happy and safe you need to know
what your decorating style is. I
have developed a work shop to help you discover and develop
your own decorating style.
Decorating in your own
style is a learning experience and a great adventure always
with a sense of humor.
You can develop your decorating style by practicing,
experimenting, starting over, taking another deep breath,
laughing a little or a lot and definitely out loud, stepping
out there and loving what you are creating!
Experiment small, then
large. Use what you already own. Enhance with
used or hand made objects. If it doesn't work exactly
the way you want it to look, tweak it a little or start all
over.....
This website, all the
projects and workshops are my gift of passion to you.
You, who wants to realize your own decorating style and
create a home in your very own unique style and not have to
break the bank.

Morrow has been working with people to create wonderful
outdoor rooms either in a landscape design or swimming pool
design capacity for the last ten years. Before that
she worked in the office and corporate design arena.
Her degree is a B.F.A. in interior design.
After
working at the personal level with so many new home owners
she began realizing the need for guidance in home
decorating that is wonderful, practical and won't break the
bank!
Too many
new homeowners don't have money left over at the end of the
month to decorate their homes with all new things.
They often go into credit card debt and delay the pain with
"no payments until......"
